Apam Pelangi pengganti Birthday Cake......

2 September 2010, bertambah setahun lagik umur my dearest hubby.... Semoga peningkatan umur akan sama dengan peningkatan iman dan amal....... "Happy Birthday dear.... Moga dipanjangkan umur, dimurahkan rezeki.... dan may all ur dreams come true....."

This year, sorry ler.... x der birthday cake as usual...tp ader homemade "Apam Pelangi" sebagai pengganti..... heh...heh...heh.....

Ok ler... now time to share the recipe plak : "APAM PELANGI".....

resepinya...

5 biji telor
1 sudu teh ovalette
1/2 sudu teh essen vanilla
300gm tepong gandum
300gm gula castor
250ml santan
1 st baking powder
sedikit garam
pewarna

caranya :-

-pukul telur , ovalette dan gula hingga kembang, masukkan santan, esen vanilla - pukul sebati dan masukkan tepung dan baking power - pukul hingga sebati
- panaskan kukus, sapu loyang dengan minyak
- bahagian adunan kepada 3 warna, curahkan adunan dlm Loyang ikut warna selang seli
- kukus aduann selama 30 minit, dah masak hidang dengan kelapa ..

Ramadhan Datang Lagi...... dan Syawal kian menjelma......

Alhamdulillah, tahun ini still berkesempatan bertemu smula ngan bulan Ramadhan..... Semoga masih dipanjangkan umur lagik untuk bertemu dengan Ramadhan pada tahun-tahun yang akan datang..... Ramadhan bulan yang penuh rahmat, bulan yang merupakan 'Pesta Ibadat' bagi golongan yang tahu menghargainya.... Semoga kita smua dapat manfaat daripada bulan yang penuh keberkatan ini..... Kini..... Ramadhan mula menghampiri penghujungnya..... Masing-masing pun kian sibuk menyediakan segala keperluan untuk meyambut bulan Syawal yang kian tiba pula untuk mengganti bulan Ramadhan.... Semoga di dalam kesibukan kita, kita masih tidak lupa lagi dengan bulan Ramadhan yang kian meninggalkan kita.... Amin..... :)

Afiq's 2010 Sports Day at Titiwangsa in-door stadium.....

This year, Afiq's sports day was also held at the in-door stadium Taman Tasik Titiwangsa.... from 4pm - 6pm on last Sunday, 27th June 2010..... This year Afiq took part in 2 games, one is individual game - Puzzle and another together with me - Newspaper Dressing.....

In the Puzzle game, he managed to get first place .... but unfortunately in the other game - Newspaper Dressing, we just managed to get the third place.....But, alhamdulillah still got medal for both games.... just... Afiq felt not satisfied on the second game since he just managed to get the third place.....as he always want to be the first in everything..... He kept on blaming me for not running faster and put the 'Newspaper dress' faster on him..... Heh....heh....heh...... 'Never want to loose.....' :)

Whatever it is "Semangat Kesukanan" must be there kids...... :)

What a 'SUPRISE' !!!! SCAM??? FRAUD?????

Last week, after so long haven't been to AVON, cam tergerak plak hati nie nak bli something kat AVON, somemore to make sure my account will always be active..... So, just dropped by at AVON on that Saturday, 26th June 2010...... and bought set of perfume which cost me about RM26+++. As usual, eventhough I've got 'credit limit' at this outlet, I've never used it.

So ngan selambanye asking the girl, 'Brape smuenyer dik???? I want to pay all...'.

'Akak nak bayar smua ker???', the girl asking back.

'Yes, for sure. I don't want any credit in my account', I replied back.

'OK. Kalau nak bayar smuanyer.... RM 770+++', the girl said.

Terkejut beruk sat...... Mana datang plak RM 700+++ nie.... padahal the set that I took... just cost about RM26++++.

'Are you sure??? I've never have credit in my account all the while.', I asked the girl.

'Yelah, komputer mana bleh tipu, kalo dah ader kat sini for sure btullah tuuu....', the girl replied ngan confident nyer.....

Ishhhh....geram btullll, memang lah komputer tak bleh tipu, tapi 'manusia' bleh tipu kannnnnn......
Dengan rase tak puas hatinyer I made a complained to the owner's son and he willing to help me to sort out the matter.... and also promised me to investigate on the matter since I really didn't know what the hell is goin' out.... saper lah yang dah guna my account sampai RM 700+++ sedangkan on the day 'he/she' made the purchase I was not in KL, I was in PD......

At last..... on Monday, 28th June 2010, I've got a call from the owner, that they had found out one of the purchase that had been made using my account was done by her staff.... (meaning that it was her staff mistake).... and another purchased had been made by somebody which I didn't know using my account... So, she has settled all my credit..... since she has to be responsible to it..... Kesian plak kat dier.... Anyway, alhamdulillah everythin' is under control now and I've to be extra careful.... laa nie macam2 bleh jadik.....

Mother's Day Gift From My Beloved Kids..... :)

As usual on 9th May 2010 this year - 'Mother's Day'.... Happy Mother's day to all mothers around the world...... and as usual received lovely gift from my beloved 3 heroes.....

"Kuih Bakar SEMPOI & SODAP".....

Teringin sesangat ler plak nak makan kuih bakar panas2.... Kalo dah namenyer panas2 kenalah wat sendiri....heh....heh....heh.... Surf internet for the recipe.... then jumper ler satu resipi kuih bakar yang agak sempoi... so ok ler..... Just try it... and hasilnyer seperti kat bawah nie..... Thanks to the owner of the recipe... Nice recipe to share with..... ''Sempoi & SODAP"..... Selamat Mencuba Resipi Kuih Bakar "Sempoi & SODAP" ..... heh... heh...heh.... ;)

Kuih Bakar Sempoi Yang Sodap..... :)

Cuba skali pasti nak lagik ......

Resipi Kuih Bakar :

Bahan2:

1 cwn gula
1 cwn jus pandan (1 sudu besar pandan paste campur segelas air pun boley)
2 cwn tepung gandum
450 ml santan (1 tin)
3 biji telur
1/2 sudu garam
sedikit pewarna hijau (kalo rasa blom cukup hijau)
sedikit bijan utk di tabur

Cara2:

Adunkan semua bahan di dalam mixer. Adunan mmg nampak cair sebelum dibakar.

Masukkan adunan ke dalam loyang 8' yg sudah dilengser sedikit planta.Tabur bijan seindah hiasan sebelum kuih dibakar.Bakar selama 40-50 minit atau sehingga masak. Tunggu sejuk baru potong ok! Tapi kalo nak makan panas-panas potong jer ler..... actually it's nice to eat when it is still hot.... 'Hot From The Oven'.....
