Cookin'...... anyone ???????????

Nie...nama dia 'Kek Coklat Fudge'....best....should try ;)

Cookin'....yeah.... one of the thing that I can catch up with...since being as 'un-employed'... - my 'Cooking Skill' (to fill in my free time...actually taklah so free... lagik byk keje ade...heh...heh...heh...), yelah, masa time keje tak dan nak wat nie smua... So, i grab this oppurtunity to try all sort of recipe yg terasa di ati....

Ok.... so sesiapa yg. berhajat nak wat kek cam kat atas tu... hah...bleh try this recipe, kay.... As easy as ABC.... Z.... :)
(* FYI : recipe nie... one of the recipe yg I terjumpa kat one of the web...nampak cam sedap, tapi memang sedap pun.... Many,many, many thankx to the author coz' sudi berkongsi recipe ngan we all...)

Bahan-bahan
1 1/2 cawan tepung gandum
1 cawan serbuk coklat
1 tsp soda bikarbonat
secubit garam
sedikit vanilin (bleh gak guna vanila)
1 cawan gula pasir
1 cawan gula perang
3 biji telur
1 1/4 cawan susu segar
1 1/2 cawan minyak jagung
1 tsp coklat mocca paste (klau tak guna pun tak pe)
1 1/4 cawan air panas


CARA
1. Ayak tepung, soda bikarbonat, serbuk koko, garam dan vanilin (Klau guna vanila, campur vanila dlm bahan cecair)
2.Pukul gula, telur, susu, minyak & mocca paste ngan blender sampai kembang.
3. Campur bahan (1) & (2) dan kacau rata.
4. Akhir skali tambah air panas sambil adunan dikacau.
5. Masuk dlm. loyang & bakar dalam oven 170 degree selama 1 jam or sampai masak.

Topping
1/2 cawan koko vanhouten
1/2 cawan susu pekat
1 sudu minyak masak

utk. topping, masukkan smua bahan dalam periuk dan kacau ngan api kecil sampai OK. taruk atas kek bila kek dah sejuk.... and then blehlah hias ikut kreativiti sendiri....... 'SELAMAT MENCUBA'....... :)

What a 'Bad Day'........ :(

Argh.... it's really a 'bad day' today... Pasal nak cecepat, terlanggar plak somebody car... (chinesse woman)... Nasib baik tak teruk sangat... teruk tak teruk pun... tak pasal-pasal RM150 melayang sesaje.... Bengang btullah.... Tapi after pikir balik, may be ada hikmahnya di sebalik apa yang berlaku.... Alhamdulillah gak... just a minor accident tak melibatkan nyawa.... Next time have to be extra careful.....

Aiman & his UPSR Motivation camp 2009 (Kem Gemilang 2009)

Hari nie... Aiman attend his UPSR motivation camp 2009 or Kem Gemilang 2009 kat Malacca tropical Fruit Farm for 3 days 2 nights... Seronok btul bebudak sekarang nie... berpeluang attend macam-macam kem motivasi... Masa kita dulu-dulu sikit punye susah ler... nak attend kem-kem cam nie... yang pastinye masa tuu.... problemnye $$$$$... budak sekarang memang bertuah btul... Hopefully they really appreciate apa yang parents dah sacrifice for them... We have done the best for them to achieve their dreams... Semoga Aiman benar-benar berjaya hendaknya... Amin...

25th March 2009... another son's birthday... (the youngest one...- Afiq Zufar)... Sorilah, Afiq, ibu lambat upload gambar birthday Afiq kat blog nie.... buzzy skit...Jangan merajuk tau... This year, birthday Afiq was celebrated in advance kat hotel Legend (during the first term school holiday - 21st March 2009)... among family only & tak lupa together with his 'Pak Teh & Mak Teh'... since his 'Pak Teh' also shared the same birthday as Afiq.... Tak sangka masa berlalu terlalu pantas, sesedar jek... Afiq dah 5 tahun....dah besar tu... tapi...since he is the youngest & small in size, nampak cam 'baby' lagiklah....Anyway....'Happy 5th Birthday Afiq & semoga panjang umur dan dimurahkan rezeki hendaknya'.Amin......

It is really great to meet dear friends after quite sometimes tak jumpa... Last Sunday (29th March 2009)... around 4:00 - 7:00 pm... we had our CS10 (ITM Shah Alam) gathering kat rumah Amoi & Ain kat Taman Selayang....Pot luck party tuuu.....It's really fun to get together.... eventhough only a few friends jek, yang dapat datang on that day... (antara friends yang dpt hadir : Amoi & Ain (for sure since they are the 'tuan rumah'), Amir Suhaimi & Ima, Niza, Pit, Fishie, Mantoi & for sure myself).... Banyak cerita yang dikongsi bersama...yelah mana taknye... a few years down the road tak jumpa... Do really hope we can get together again next time ....

Today, 28 March 2009 is a 'Sports Day' for Aiman & Haziq..... pagi lagik dah bangun ngan semangat kesukanan yang jitu...but.... unfortunately it end-up with ... 'they haven't won any prize for the events that they took part'...(Aiman - 4x100M, 200M & marching & Haziq - 2X100M)... Pity them... but one thing that I realized was 'Semangat Kesukanan' yang ada pada dia orang, dia orang tak kisah apa pun, they still can 'SMILE' & 'BE HAPPY'...since they have done their best.... 'Well done my boys !!!!' Don't ever-ever give up .... 'tahun depan ada lagik'.... try again next time....

Trauma...'un-expected incident'.......

Ari nie.. betul-betul... 'trauma'... mana taknye, all the while I've been always beware with the 'Snatch Thief', tup-tup ari nie... kena ragut lak... Hampehnye 'peragut'... Nak kojo sonang jo...Sakit ati tul... Ceritanye cam nie, pagi tadi, tetiba lak rasa nak ngemaskan laman rumah & suddenly one stranger ngan motor stop by nak tanya 'alamat' rumah kawan dia.. (alasan je tu...) buat-buat sesat lah konon... So... since myself tak tau, alamat tu, cakap jelah tak tau & ask him to ask somebody else.... Si Mamat nie.. betul-betul daring, since kita buat don't know & seem tengok myself nak masuk rumah, terus turun from his motor and cakap lak nak pinjam telpon coz' credit dia dah abis utk telpon kawan dia tu... (alasan lagik...)...and tup-tup dia terus rentap my T-shirt and my 'gold chains'... nyaris nak terjatuh...Panic kejap....tak sempat nak balun 'Si Mamat' nie... Neighbours pun... tak dapat buat apa, since things happened so fast without our expectation...Alhamdulillah gak, coz dia tak apa-apakan ... Apalah nak jadik dunia la nie... makin banyak 'manusia yang tau halal & haram' dan tak ada pegangan agama....Mungkin ada hikmah di sebalik yang berlaku.. hanya Allah yang maha mengetahui... Apa-apa pun... the 'trauma' is still there... "menggigil kpala lutut".....So... my friends outside there - 'Always beware'......semoga ianya dapat dijadikan iktibar untuk smua bahawa nowdays, susah nak percaya orang...
